I’ve been watching Miranda Sings/ Colleen Ballinger’s YouTube videos lately. They are amusing, to be honest. Check it out!
I love sprinkles. :) (Taken with instagram)
Haven’t been on Tumblr for weeks, & I also can’t seem to change the theme or my profile thingo. Oh well.
Anyway for the past 2 weeks, I have been in Europe. I must say, France was my favorite (Except for the part when we were almost cornered by this group of teenage gypsies at the subway going to Trocadero. Keep your things close to you!) We stayed in Paris for the first few days; had lunches at Leon de Bruseux (not sure with the spelling), bought macaroons at Laduree (my freaking favorite ever), went shopping (no trip to Paris is ever complete without it), and of course visited the Eiffel Tower, the Arc du Triumph, the [outside] of the Versailles, etc. It was a totally new experience, what will all the walking and the extreme weather change (though I love the cold). Also, there are so many pigeons there! It was fun feeding them and they’d all come back for some more. Haha.
Then we went to Italy (Milan, Venice, Lake Como (Gravedonia), Bologna, Florence, Rome) for the rest of the week & a half left. It was hot in Milan, to be honest. We weren’t expecting that… Venice was terrible. That’s all I have to say, even if it has history. Everything’s so expensive and the people we met were so mean!! Ugh. We went to Lake Como or Gravedonia. I have no idea what the city is, really.. ‘Twas peaceful & stuff. The best hotel we had the entire trip. This is also where I lost my Zepheus shirt & my fave pajama pants. Huuuu. Okay, then we had a day trip to Bologna to see the Ducati Factory (and museum). Florence is my favorite in Italy. And we ate the Florentine steak there. Legit Florentine steak! Accompanied by this really charming waiter who just made everyone feel comfortable. It was the best. We went to Rome after that. Everywhere we went, I thought of Audrey Hepburn in Roman Holiday. Hehe, we went on a hop-on hop-off bus for it. Twas also a really, really fun experience.
I’m tired to say any more. To conclude, this trip to Europe was definitely the best one I’ve been on! I would love to go back. Especially to Paris! Hehe. Okay, I’m done.
Somebody That I Used To Know - Elliot Smith. I like this song. The chords are funky but I think that’s why I like it.
